About Omegaverse Quiz

A free A/B/O personality test built by someone who actually reads the genre.

What is Omegaverse Quiz?

Omegaverse Quiz is a free 20-question personality test that sorts you into one of 12 A/B/O archetypes. It scores your core role and your dominant trait separately, then returns a full profile, a scent code, and a compatibility read.

The site started from a simple frustration. Every A/B/O test online returns the same three answers, and three answers cannot describe a genre this big. An Alpha who runs a boardroom and an Alpha who runs a kitchen are not the same character, and a test that calls them both "Alpha" has not told you anything.

So this one measures two things at once. Three roles times four traits gives twelve results, each with a real profile behind it instead of a paragraph of filler.

What makes this different from other A/B/O tests?

Three things: twelve results instead of three, scenario-based questions instead of self-labels, and a scoring method that is explained on the site rather than hidden. Nothing is stored and nothing requires an account.

12 results, not 3

Your core role (Alpha, Beta, Omega) and your dominant trait (Control, Protection, Nurture, Connect) score as independent layers, so a nurturing Alpha and a controlling Alpha do not collapse into the same answer.

Scenarios, not labels

You are never asked "are you a leader." You are asked what you actually did the last time a group plan fell apart. Behaviour is harder to perform than a self-description.

Nothing is stored

No account, no email, no database. Scoring runs entirely in your browser, and your answers never leave your device. The result lives in the page URL so you can share it if you want to.

Is this a real psychological test?

No. Omegaverse Quiz is a fandom personality quiz built on the conventions of A/B/O fiction. It is not a validated psychometric instrument and is not a diagnostic tool of any kind.

This matters enough to say plainly. The archetypes here are drawn from genre writing, not clinical research, and any site selling an A/B/O test as real psychology is being dishonest with you.

What the scoring does do is stay internally consistent: every question carries weights across all three roles and all four traits, ties break toward the conflict and comfort answers, and the whole method is written out on the homepage rather than hidden behind a loading bar.

💡 Pro Tip: Treat your result as a character lens, not a verdict. If anything about your actual mental health is on your mind, talk to a licensed professional: not a quiz.

Verda Zahid, founder of Omegaverse Quiz

Verda Zahid has been reading A/B/O fiction since well before it had its own tag on most platforms. Years of watching the genre get flattened into the same three stereotypes is what led her to build a test that scores role and trait separately, because two Alphas can share a dynamic and almost nothing else.

She writes and maintains the archetype profiles here, and takes the genre more seriously than most quizzes do. The scoring is explained openly rather than treated as a black box, and nothing you answer is stored or sold.
